How to cancel the Drop the Number subscription

Drop the Number's Diamond Membership is an App Store or Google Play subscription, so you cancel it in your phone's subscription settings, not in the game. Deleting the app does not stop the charges.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Drop The Number.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Drop The Number.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.

Check the date. The weekly plan renews every seven days, after a short free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid one more charge.

Keep playing, without a subscription

Does deleting Drop the Number cancel the subscription?

No. Deleting an app never cancels its subscription. You have to cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

Will I get a refund?

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, not by the game.

How do I cancel during the free trial?

The same way, before the trial ends. Apple and Google let you cancel a trial at any time, and you are not charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
